Endowment support

Every legacy has a beginning. For Vanguard College Preparatory School, the legacy began in 1973. A school fueled by innovation and the idea it could be fully committed to educational excellence and the personal growth of every student.

During the past 50 years, Vanguard achieved great things by embracing change. The following 50 years will be no different. Vanguard College Preparatory School must continue to innovate in ways consistent with the school’s mission and values.

Projects including a performing arts facility and significant improvements to the Swanson athletic complex become viable if our campaign is successful.

One way to invest in the future generations of Central Texans is through endowment support. Endowed donations are investments, therefore, providing both immediate and long-term benefits. Vanguard’s investment policy permits a portion of the investment’s annual income to address current teaching, learning, and operational needs while retaining the balance to maintain earnings growth.

Vanguard Foundation Endowment Fund
The Vanguard Endowment Fund began with a charitable remainder trust given by Jeanne and Russell Judson in 2009.  This endowment is an investment in our commitment to Vanguard’s current and future endeavors in education. Add the policy for the endowment. Gifts can be made to support this fund.
Named Endowment Funds

Gifts of $50,000 or more can be made to establish an endowment toward the school, a program, maintaining the needs of a building, or in support of a project at Vanguard.
